John M. GrahamJohn M. Graham

John has a background in corporate law and substantive experience with intellectual property intensive technology companies. He is also an experienced commentator on U.S. service sector metrics and global intellectual property issues, with a focus on greater China. He has a Master of Arts in Chinese Studies and is fluent in Mandarin. His Juris Doctor degree is from the University of Michigan.

Frank S. HomsherFrank S. Homsher

Frank obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Cincinnati, College of Law. His practice focuses on business law with an emphasis on bankruptcy, litigation, and appellate work.  He became a member of the Washington Bar Association in 1997. Frank currently is in an "of counsel" role.

Shahrzad MajdameliInternational Lawyer Shahrzad Majdameli

Shahrzad's practice is focused on energy, export control, and international business law, with a particular emphasis on Middle Eastern commercial matters. She also represents clients with immigration issues. She completed her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) at the University of Alameh Tabatabai, Tehran, Iran. She has a Master of Laws in Energy and Environmental Law from George Washington University Law School (Washington D.C.) and a Master of Laws in US and Global Business Law from Suffolk University Law School, Boston, MA. Shahrzad is licensed in Tehran and works from TL's Seattle office.
