Frank S. Homsher
Frank obtained his
Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Cincinnati, College of Law. His practice focuses on business law with an emphasis
on bankruptcy, litigation, and appellate work. He became a
member of the
Washington Bar Association in 1986.

Sean R. Kennedy
Sean focuses on state and federal tax issues. He
has a Masters of Laws in Taxation from Georgetown University.

Chris M. Rosfjord
Chris assists business with legal issues
related both to litigation and business transactions. He
completed his Juris Doctorate at the Creighton University School of Law
in Omaha, Nebraska in 2005. He has practiced in Washington since
2006.

John J. Tollefsen
John graduated from the University of Washington business school with an emphasis on accounting and finance in
1971. In 1974, he completed his doctor of jurisprudence at Willamette University School of Law in Salem, Oregon
and began to practice in Salem and Portland. In 1982, the law firm he founded opened a Seattle office and he added
Washington clients to his practice. For the first 20 years, he concentrated on business finance and litigation.
He has represented over 1,000 business startups and completed many private and public securities offerings.

Stephen N. Tollefsen
Steve Tollefsen provides clients with advice and
counsel on U.S. transactional, corporate and securities law. A
major emphasis of his practice has been serving the needs of
start-up, developmental and emerging growth companies, and enabling
smaller reporting companies comply with the requirements of state
and federal securities laws in a cost-effective manner. He has more
than 25 years experience in SEC filings including public offerings,
quarterly and annual reporting, proxy solicitations, and tender
offers.
