Tollefsen Law PLLC was founded by John J. Tollefsen. John is a Certified Fraud Examiner and a lawyer with over thirty four years of law and business experience. His practice is focused on private financial fraud investigations, litigation, and expert witness services. Some of the firm's cases have been covered in the press. See News Stories. The firm is focused on providing large-firm's capabilities at a lower cost using the latest technologies. The firm keeps its overhead low by minimizing formal offices and allowing its attorneys and staff to work virtually from home. In appropriate situations, we meet clients in their offices or even in their homes.

Frank S. Homsher

Frank obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Cincinnati, College of Law. His practice focuses on business law with an emphasis on bankruptcy, litigation, and appellate work. He became a member of the Washington Bar Association in 1986.

Theresa E. Pruett

Theresa is an accomplished litigator and transactional lawyer with significant legal and corporate experience. She has practiced in Washington since 1996. She is Of Counsel with our firm.

Chris M. Rosfjord

Chris assists business with legal issues related both to litigation and business transactions. He completed his Juris Doctorate at the Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, Nebraska in 2005. He has practiced in Washington since 2006.

Dieter G. Struzyna

Dieter has a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Villanova University School of Law. His practice focuses on business law with an emphasis on real estate. He passed the Pennsylvania bar exam in 1979 and has served as General Counsel for a large corporation. His substantial business law experience coupled with his fluent German language skills provides needed skills for international clientele. He is Of Counsel with our firm.

George O. Tamblyn

George graduated. from Cornell University Law School with a specialization in International Affairs. He established a successful boutique law firm in Portland, Oregon known as Tamblyn and Bush. He brings substantial trial and motion practice experience in the courts of Washington and Oregon beginning in 1964. George offers a wide variety of business and real estate law experience to his clients. He also accepts select employment law cases. He is Of Counsel to the firm.

John J. Tollefsen

John graduated from the University of Washington business school with an emphasis on accounting and finance in 1971. In 1974, he completed his doctor of jurisprudence at Willamette University School of Law in Salem, Oregon and began to practice in Salem and Portland. In 1982, the law firm he founded opened a Seattle office and he added Washington clients to his practice. For the first 20 years, he concentrated on business finance and litigation.
